Q. Is it easy transferring my services to you?

 

A. Transferring your services could not be any easier, simply give us a call on 0330 024 0180 and we’ll do all the leg work for you.

 

Q. Can I keep my existing services such as BT 1571, call divert etc?

 

A. Of course, we source our products from Openreach™ just like your current provider, so any services you currently have can be put on your line(s) just like before.

 

Q. Can I keep the same telephone numbers?

 

A. Again, we understand that keeping your number is important, and we offer a “like for like” transfer, so the simple answer is yes.

 

Q. Are these fantastic rates going to go up when I’m with you?

 

A. Definitely not, we offer a price guarantee, so the prices you agree to are frozen for the duration of time you are with us, and we will endeavour to match any price given to you in the future.

 

Q. Do I have to sign up for a long term contract?

 

A. No, we are flexible just like most other service providers, get in touch and we can discuss the options.

 

Q. What happens if I have a problem with my line?

 

A. No change here either, give us a call, and we will either fix the fault here through our systems, or failing that, dispatch an Openreach™ engineer just like before.

 

Q. How is Think Telecom able to offer this cheaper than my current provider?

 

A. Since the de-regulation of the telecommunications industry, you are able to choose your calls supplier. Think Telecom purchase call and business line services from the wholesaler and then provides them to you at lower prices than other service providers, which could help you to reduce your business telephone bills.

 

Q. What will change?

 

A. The only changes are that you will find your telephone bills have reduced and you will need to contact us if you need to report a fault, or need any customer service.

 

Q. When I move to Think Telecom, can I keep my existing number?

 

A. Yes. You will always keep your existing number if your existing number is supplied by the BT Openreach Network (Non Cable/Kingston). We can also port most cable numbers to our network, but installation charges would apply.

 

Q. How will I be billed?

 

A. Think Telecom invoices its customers monthly, which allows you to spread the cost more evenly over the whole year. Select services are billed one month in advance (BT normally bill three months in advance) and calls are billed one month in arrears.

 

Q. How do I change to Think Telecom?

 

A. We are able to switch your supply to Think Telecom over the telephone by calling our customer service number on 0330 024 0180.

 

Q. Is there a charge for changing to Think Telecom?

 

A. We do not make a charge for switching your supply to Think Telecom. We will do everything required on your behalf to change you over to Think Telecom.
